Korba. Advertising & Brand Studio
Kansas City · Est. 2009

We make ads people actually remember — and brands that earn the recall.

Korba is a small Crossroads studio that started with hand-painted window signs and local radio spots. We still think like sign painters: say one true thing, say it loud, put it where people look.

What we do

Six things, done by the people who sold you on them

No account layer between you and the work. The person in the pitch is the person on the keyboard. Here is the whole menu — most clients start with one or two.

01

Brand identity

Naming, logo systems, color, type, and a guide thin enough that your team will actually use it. We build marks that still read at 40 feet on a truck door.

Identity →
02

Campaigns & creative

One idea, expressed everywhere it needs to live. We write the line first and design around it — not the reverse.

Campaigns →
03

Out-of-home & signage

Billboards, transit, storefront and vehicle wraps, trade-show walls. This is where the shop started, and it still pays the rent.

Signage →
04

Web & digital

Fast, honest websites and landing pages that match the campaign running outside. Built to be handed off, not held hostage.

Web →
05

Media planning & buying

We place local like locals — boards on 71, spots on KC sports radio, the right ZIPs on social. You see what every dollar did.

Media →
06

Content & production

Photo, short video, and the steady stream of posts a brand needs between campaigns. Shot here, mostly, in the Crossroads.

A few things we are proud of

Mostly Kansas City and the wider Midwest — restaurants, trades, a credit union, a brewery. Figures below are from those specific engagements and are not a promise of the same for every client.

Who we are

A studio, not a holding company

Danny Korba started the shop in 2009 with a ladder, a projector, and a standing agreement with a sign-painter on Southwest Boulevard. The radio spots came next, then the logos, then the websites — because clients kept asking who did the other thing.

We stayed small on purpose. Nine people, one room, everyone within shouting distance. You will not meet a team at the pitch and a different team on the invoice.

“If it needs a thirty-slide deck to explain, it is probably not the idea.”Danny Korba, Founder & Creative Director

What clients say

In their words, not ours

They talked me out of a logo I loved and into one that works. Nine months later I get it.
Marisol ReyesOwner, Dolce Vita Market
First agency that didn't make me feel dumb in the kickoff. The billboards did their job within the month.
Greg ThorntonGM, Boulevard & Oak Heating
Small shop, big ears. They actually listened to the taproom staff before they designed a thing.
